Banneton, round with cotton lining, for proving homemade bread dough on the second rise to shape a round loaf. The basket can be used unlined for the pattern of the basket to imprint the dough, or lined for a smooth finish. If using unlined, dust with flour before proving. Handwash only, use firm bristle brush to release any wedged flour. Store completely dry. Made from rattan in Vietnam.
