Use a rattan bread proving basket for the second rise of your homemade bread to shape it into round, oval, rectangle, or circle loaves. The rattan also creates a spiral imprint on the bread, giving it an artisan appearance. Dimensions are: Round, 22 x 8.5cm; Round, 25 x 8.5cm; Oval, 27 x 13 x 6.5cm; Large oval, 35 x 15 x 7cm; Rectangle, 30 x 15 x 8cm; Circle, 28 x 6.5cm. Dust basket with flour before proving.
