Fowlers Vacola Preserving Lids, size 4, box of 12, to fit bottle sizes 31, 36 and 65. Available in stainless steel, and standard (tinned). Stainless steel lids provide a longer life alternative and should be used for high acid preserves, including pineapple and pickles. Standard lids are tin-plated with a single lacquer coating, double coated on the inside to food grade. After processing leave preserving clips on bottles for 12-18 hours to help form the perfect vacuum seal. Wash lids in hot, soapy water and dry before use.
